May 27th Report

A little chill in the air this morning at sunrise. Fleece jacket and warm hat was employed. Plan was simple "Catch a snakehead on a fly" however it is not an easy thing to do. We headed with wisps of moisture rising from the water at 72 degrees. It was in the 50s I would guess. Started on some hard edges with a nice outgoing and caught a couple nice ones. One fly and one spinning rod. At around 9 something the tide stopped and so did the bite. We hit six more spots quickly and ended at noon. Several bass and two snakehead hits..LOL you always count the hits...
