Trip number 4 to my favorite place to shore fish. First three trips of 2024 yielded one carp each trip. Yesterdays trip yielded a dozen, they finally turned on. Guessing warmer nights did that. Of that dozen we hooked we lost 4 maybe 5 to netting errors. Need to get a better net for sure. Big moment was the mirror carp. 1 in 1000 they say....whomever they is..LOL
